First and foremost, we want your visit to Pictureworks Photography to be a relaxed, fun experience for everyone attending your session. We allow loads of time, so shoots don't overlap and no-one's kept waiting and there's no rushing when you're here. 

We encourage clients to bring props - favourite toys, clothing, sportswear etc - and love to see everyone expressing their individuality. 

Shoots generally take about 30 minutes, but there's no hard-and-fast rule. Passport shoots can be five minutes and a Cakesmash session can easily be an hour. A Pamper & Portrait session will take an hour for hair and make-up alone! 

At the end of your session, we'll make a new appointment with you to come back and view the pictures. During this session, you'll shortlist your pictures and select the ones you'd like to buy as prints, canvas prints, digital images or as souvenir items, such as albums, mugs, cushion covers etc. You pay for your images with your order, though staged payments are available through PayPal subject to application.

Your order is usually ready for collection (or post if preferred - P&P charges may apply) in 10 - 14 days. All the pictures from your session are archived and may be revisited at a future date.*
